Subscription Terms, Fees & Payment

ChartPixel offers a comprehensive range of data analysis and visualization tools. To access the complete suite of features, users can choose between one-time purchase credit packages and monthly subscriptions. Payments for both types of accounts are processed through a designated online payment processor Stripe https://stripe.com/

For subscriptions, the billing cycle starts on the subscription commencement date and continues for a month or a year, depending on the chosen plan. It automatically renews unless otherwise specified.

Credits from one-time purchases do not expire. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. For subscriptions, any unused credits at the end of a billing cycle cannot be carried over, unless stated.

In case of non-payment, ChartPixel will attempt to process the charge again. Continued failure may lead to account suspension or downgrade.

ChartPixel may modify prices with adequate notice, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of these changes.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime without a notice period, stopping future payments. The subscription remains until the end of the paid period, after which user is downgraded to free plan.

Cancellation can be done through the Account or by contacting us. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the payment date.

To avoid additional charges, please refrain from directly initiating chargebacks with your bank without contacting us first.

Intellectual Property
